What makes Callisters Christmas so special?

Callisters Christmas is a family-owned, female-led company that's been in business for over 30 years. We've devoted our lives to selling timeless glass ornaments, personalized ornaments, and unique ornaments that celebrate life milestones and other festive holiday decorations that bring excitement and cheer to our customers' homes.

How are discounts applied?

Promotional codes can be entered at checkout. Codes cannot be combined and are for use online only. Discounts are applied pre-tax and shipping fees. Orders $75+ before taxes and after discounts, ship free. Free shipping offers exclude Canada.

Does Callisters Christmas carry more ornaments or products than are on the site?

Yes, we stock our stores with thousands of Christmas ornaments and other holiday decorations. Our website carries a small number of these items for the convenience of online ordering and out-of-state shipping. I'd prefer to shop in person. Where are Callisters Christmas' retail stores located?

We have several seasonal stores in Wisconsin and pop-up shops at the Wisconsin and Minnesota state fairs. See our Retail Locations page for locations, hours, and opening dates.

How much does ornament personalization cost?

Ornament personalization is always free!

Can I place an order for more than 15 of the same ornament?

Yes, we welcome large-quantity orders, but we ask you contact us directly to order. Visit the large-quantity orders page for more information.

Where does the store ship from? How long can I expect my order to take?

Our warehouse is located in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Our goal is to process every order within three to five days. Visit our Shipping page & Returns page for more information.

Does Callisters Christmas charge sales tax?

Because Callisters Christmas is owned and operated in the state of Wisconsin, all orders shipped to Wisconsin are subject to 5% state and county sales tax. In addition, we also charge state and county sales tax for Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio and Virginia. The law requires that we charge sales tax on the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges.

Where do you ship to? Does Callisters Christmas accept orders from outside the US?

We ship to the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is also available to Canada, but free shipping offers do not apply. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How will my product arrive? Do you offer gift wrapping?

Your resin ornaments will arrive in bubble wrap, and glass ornaments will arrive in a gift box. Items are then packed into snug-fitting shipping boxes.

And yes! We now offer gift wrapping. We put the ornament in a mylar bag with a bow and enclosure card for $4.95. Select this option when adding an item to your cart.

What is the return policy?

At Callisters Christmas, our goal is simple: 100% customer satisfaction.

We are committed to excellent customer service and will do our best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund the purchase price. To begin the return process, send us an email at support@callisterschristmas.com within 30 days and return the ornament to the address on the invoice. We will refund your purchase minus the cost of shipping.  

If the ornament has been personalized, it cannot be returned unless Callisters made an error or there is a physical defect. We ask you to report the problem within 7 days and email us a picture of the defect or personalization error at support@callisterschristmas.com  We will compare the ornament's text to the personalization request you made during checkout. If the defect or misspelling is Callisters Christmas' error, we will replace or refund your purchase. If the personalization error was due to a customer mis-entering the information during checkout, it, unfortunately, cannot be returned.

Old World Christmas Mini (Gumdrops™) Ornaments cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened.

Gift wrapping can not be returned and refunded. Returns do not apply to bulk orders. Please note that due to the size and circumstances of bulk orders, we do not accept returns on bulk orders.

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

You have 7 days from receiving your order to report any and all issues, including incorrect personalizing, damaged or missing ornaments (although missing items are extremely rare).We ask you to report the problem within 7 days and email us a picture of the defect or personalization error at support@callisterschristmas.com. If the defect or misspelling is Callisters Christmas' error, we will replace or refund your purchase. If it is verified your ornament(s) was(were) missing from your order, Callisters Christmas will get the missing ornament(s) out right away.
